Christmas Post! (Plus Updates)

Hello, everyone!  Christmas might be just about over, but it’s not to late to wish everybody a very merry Christmas. I hope this season finds you well, and that you’ve all had a great holiday! But, to business. Christmas is about giving. It’s about the greatest gift of all: Jesus Christ. It’s also about giving to friends and family, and spending time with them.

Unfortunately, everyone seems to get caught up in the hype and excitement of ‘What’s Santa left me under the tree?’ We seem to miss the forest for the Christmas trees. I mean, yes, Christmas is about giving. Yes, that can mean giving love and time, and even presents as well, but mostly it’s about the Greatest Gift of Love. I hope everyone will maybe take a moment out of their schedule, or stay awake just a bit longer, if their tired out from too much turkey, and think about that baby who lay in a lowly manger; that baby who was born to die for us.

*Special* Christmas Updates!

Wow. I can’t believe it’s almost 2017! It’s a bit crazy, how fast everything goes. In April, I’ll have been blogging for a year! Thanks so much to everyone who has read my blog and liked my posts and commented or whatever. Also, thanks to all my followers who have to put up with an extra email in their already overcrowded inboxes every once in a while. You guys are great! 🙂

Before I go, I have a couple of updates to let you guys know about. First of all, The Tangle, my paranormal horror novel, will be released as a series on Channillo.com, beginning early next year. I will release a new chapter every two weeks, up through late August of 2017. You probably already knew that. Or maybe you didn’t. But you also probably didn’t know that the first chapter of the series will be released in early February of next year, specifically February 11. You can learn more about the series here.

Also, speaking of presents and giving, I’ve released my historical fiction short story ‘Miss’ as a free e-book on instafreebie.com. It’s a really quick read (under 4,000 words) and it was originally created for a short fiction contest on Channillo.com. As I did not place in that contest, however, I’ve decided to release the story for free. You can get your copy here. I hope you enjoy it!

Merry Christmas!
